Comfortable bed, quiet air con, friendly staff, convenient location for conference and transportation. Limited storage space but well designed room. No breakfast but plenty of nearby dining options. Great value for money.

Great price and value for money. Convenient location near the India docklands with plenty of options for food and drink nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing good service.

The twin room was not suitable for two people due to the beds being too close together and only one plug socket. The cleanliness was not up to par, with poor drainage in the shower and no housekeeping.

Nicely furbished room, good value, ease of check-in, excellent location, close to trains and underground.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a fantastic stay in a family room near to a fabulous area of London. The location was perfect, with a huge shopping mall nearby where we could get everything we needed. The hotel was also very close to public transport, making it easy for us to explore various places on the wharf. The room was clean and pleasant, with a comfortable bed and modern decor. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for places to eat. We also enjoyed the modern technology in the room, like the color-changing light control and the enormous TV.

A loud buzzing noise that occasionally woke us up during the night, but overall it didn't significantly disturb our stay.

I was actually surprised by the great value and location of this hotel. The check-in staff were friendly and even offered me a complimentary coffee. The room, although small, was well laid out and had good facilities. Despite a minor issue with the stool, I slept well and enjoyed a refreshing shower in the morning.

Plus, the Canary Wharf pier is just a short walk away, where you can hop on a river boat and explore central London or Greenwich. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable, with a modern and clean bathroom. The staff are friendly and the service is top-notch. it's a great base for a group of friends looking to explore the city.

The lack of wardrobe space could be an inconvenience for larger groups of friends with more luggage.

The room was small but well-designed and immaculate. The shower was great and the towels were clean and white. Although there were no facilities to make a drink in the room, there was 24/7 coffee available at the reception. The lattes were highly recommended. We would definitely return in the future. I highly recommend this hotel.
